My, wife, son, and I have lived in two different buildings in 3 years owned and maintained by East Bay. The staff is always friendly and have amazing response time when I need help whether it be a failed refrigerator or a simple breaker issue. The maintenance guy I see the most is Larry and he’s one hell of a nice guy who does his job quick and professionally. Everyone in the office always greets you with a smile they’re willing to help with anything and are always prepared for any question you may have. They really want to make sure you’re comfortable enough to call this place home.

I love living here! I have been a resident for over 3 years and couldn't be happier. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also on point! There is always someone on site, so I never have to wait long to get something fixed. They are even open on Saturday, which is super convenient since I work during the week. I also love the fact that there is a private pool during the summer 😍 They even had parties there during the summer holidays, so I could meet my neighbors. I had a blast! I never post reviews, but I just wanted to let them know how much I appreciate everything that they do.
