11th Bay Colonies is a small compound made up of a single family home and two spacious duplexs. All units have laundry hook ups and two parking spaces. 11th Bay is less than a 3 minute walk to the public beach access as well as a short drive to multiple breweries, parks, restaurants, and public transportation.
